Everyone knows the importance of a good location. Although the Extreme Pita team has the final approval on all locations, we strongly encourage franchisees to become involved in the site selection process. We are committed to listening and interested in receiving input from franchisees on locations. After a location has been found, the franchisee will work closely with Extreme Pita representatives to make sure the location meets the required criteria.

Sharing Our Expertise:
Preparation and information are critical factors needed for any business to succeed. At Extreme Pita we recognize the need to spend quality time with each and every franchisee in a controlled environment. Franchisees undergo an intensive 5 week training program. It involves both classroom and in-store training from experienced corporate trainers who have previously operated successful Extreme Pita restaurants.

Training will have 3 phases:
Phase 1: where you will spend two weeks learning the basics of our offerings.
Phase 2: you will attend 5 days of training in our education centre located at our head office on Richmond Hill.
Phase 3: training is focused on the management side of the business, controlling food and labour costs, scheduling and ordering, management control systems and recruiting and training your staff.

In addition, our restaurant openers will come to your restaurant during your first week of business to help you successfully open your restaurant.
